
The brand for Mildura Fresh evolved from the original identity and a fresh new perspective. The core products at Mildura Fresh are red, green and yellow capsicums – these then became the guide for the colour palette. The original identity had a significant market value and recognition, we didn’t want to make too dramatic a change and run the risk of loosing the current market. Bringing the leaves and brightening the colours made it fresher and more now.

Aside from working on the stationery – I also designed Christmas cards and am still chipping away on fax sheets and an email signature. Working with the sub brands under the Mildura Fresh brand has been a challenge which I’ve really gained from. Understanding the value of a sub brand and it’s weight, while tying it in with the main brand is a design balance.
